Mohamed Salah is now the sole leader in the bookmakers' rankings following Liverpool's Carabao Cup final win against Chelsea.
The Egyptian, who was priced at 6/1 alongside Cristiano Ronaldo just last week, is now rated at 4/1. Ronaldo, meanwhile, has dropped all the way to 10/1.
