Erik Ten Hag and Mauricio Pochettino are currently the favorites to take over as Man United manager next season.
As per The Athletic, the Ajax manager could have an advantage over the Argentine in the managerial race.
Ten Hag has a low release clause in his contract at Ajax than what Pochettino's at PSG.
This would mean United would have to pay lower if they were to appoint the Dutchman in the summer.
The Red Devils have reportedly opened talks with both managers recently as they aim to finalize their managerial situation soon.
