David Moyes sets £150m price tag for Declan Rice as Man United make him No.1 target

Quoted by the BBC, West Ham boss David Moyes said: "The first thing to say is that he [Declan Rice] is not for sale.

"But if you are interested, it will be north of that, because £100 million was cheap last summer and £150 million just now would be minimum - but he is not for sale."

The defensive midfielder has been strongly linked with Manchester United ahead of the summer transfer window. In fact, reliable sources have claimed that he's our No.1 target this year.

Rice, 23, found no takers last year after the Hammers refused to let him leave for anything less than £100m.

The Englishman has played 28 times in the Premier League for West Ham this season, scoring once and assisting four times.

Those numbers are impressive for a midfielder sitting deep but Moyes' price tag might prevent clubs from signing him once again.
