'It's not over': Paul Pogba drops hint on Man United future

During the 3-1 defeat to Arsenal, Paul Pogba tweeted a message that has led to speculation that he might not actually leave the club this summer.

The Manchester United midfielder wrote: "Absolutely gutted to not be able to help the team in today's game.

"I will work even harder to come back stronger and hopefully, before the end of the season. It's not over.

"Thank you all for your support, United we would stand!"

After Pogba was booed by fans in the 3-2 win over Norwich City, doubts intensified over his future. The Frenchman can leave for free at the end of this campaign unless he renews his contract.

Against Liverpool mid-week, Pogba came off with an injury, with Ralf Rangnick then stating that perhaps the midfielder had played his last game this season.

Now, it's interesting to see Pogba suggesting 'it's not over' - whatever that means. So far, there's been no word of a new deal but it will be down to incoming boss Erik ten Hag to decide the Frenchman's future.
