John Terry picks favourite new owners for Chelsea - it's one of the 4 bidders

Chelsea legend John Terry is backing Stephen Pagliuca's group to become Chelsea's new owners, Sky News confirm.

Pagliuca's group are among the top four bidders for the club, with a final bid expected on April 18.

Pagliuca is so interested in Chelsea, he's ready to give up majority of the shares he owns in Serie A club Atalanta to gain an advantage over his British and American counterparts in the bid.

Terry's fan run consortium 'The True Blues' have now endorsed Pagliuca's bid and will support them to take over the club from Roman Abramovich.

The former defender's relationship with Abramovich might favour Pagliuca, as the embattled billionaire will reportedly have a say on who becomes Chelsea new owner.
