Kurt Zouma has to appear in court for the violence against his cat after being prosecuted under the Animal Welfare Act, as per the Daily Mail.
The Frenchman was spotted violently kicking and hitting his cat in a video that emerged in February.
Zouma has since had his cats taken away from him and faced punishment from West Ham United too.
But on May 24, a week after the Europa League final, the French defender is set to appear in Barkingside Magistrates Court for his actions.
Zouma is currently out with an injury, but could recover in time for the Europa League final, if the Hammers are able to reach it.
