Fulham have become the first Championship team this season to gain promotion to the 2022/23 Premier League.
Their 3-0 win over Preston North End helped seal a return to the Premier League for Fulham after being relegated last season.
The Cottagers are now 13 points above 3rd place, which virtually means they are guaranteed to get promoted irrespective of whatever happens in the rest of the season.
Fulham are, however, favorites to win the EFL Championship as they’re currently 11 points clear of 2nd place with a few more games remaining this season.
