The Uruguayan defender went off in an ambulance after a clash of heads in the 3-1 win over Celta Vigo on Tuesday.
However, he has recovered from his concussion and will be able to play if Xavi chooses at the weekend.
Out are Pedri, Eric Garcia, Sergi Roberto, Gerard Pique, Sergino Dest and Nico Gonzalez, while Martin Braithwaite was not feeling well and missed the session.
Xavi will have Sergi Busquets back from suspension but will be without Jordi Alba and Frenkie de Jong, who is suspended - along with injured Eric who is also technically banned.
