It was announced today that Chelsea's sale to the Boehly consortium had been completed.
Mount has said that after a difficult end season, he's excited to move forward into this new era under.
"We were in and around it until ough, disappointing that we fell off a bit. That's obviously the goal for next season, we want to close the gap and be up there," he told Sky Sports.
"It's an exciting time now with the owners confirmed today. Going forward it's going to be exciting. The era under Roman (Abramovich) has been brilliant and now we look forward. It's exciting and I can't wait to get back to it."
