FC Porto fan reportedly stabbed to death by fellow supporters during title celebrations

An FC Porto fan was stabbed to death by some of his own club’s supporters during the celebrations of winning the Portuguese Primeira Liga, as per CM Journal.

The 26-year-old fan got involved in confrontations with a large group of people after Porto’s 1-0 win over Benfica at the Estadio da Luiz in Lisbon, which guaranteed them the title.

But after returning to Porto, the group attacked the young man and several people stabbed him.

The fan was rescued by some other supporters, but ended up succumbing to the injuries.

Even his girlfriend was attacked and is in a serious condition in the hospital.

FC Porto are yet to comment on this shocking incident after winning the league title.
