Both Manchester City and Liverpool have monopolized the Premier League currently, making the competition in the league a two-horse race.

"I admire them," Trent Alexander-Arnold told Sky Sports of Man City.

"They are probably the best team in the world. We're probably the two best teams in the world.

"You always have to admire teams that win continuously. An outstanding team with an outstanding manager.

"I would have liked to have maybe seen them in 20 years once I've hung my boots up!

"We know they are only going to drop a handful of points at the start of the season.

"Our third 90+ points season in 4 seasons? It shows the level we are both setting. Every game, we need three points.

"We know we need to get the three points in pretty much every single game. Our mentality doesn't change - win every game."
