'I'd Like Lewandowski To Join Barca': Poland Coach Michniewicz

"Lewandowski? In a conversation with me, he said that there is a chance that he will leave [Bayern Munich]. He is now at a great club, but I would like him to be at Barcelona," Poland head coach Czeslaw Michniewicz has told TVP Sport.

It is nice to see such people fuel the rumours. It is important that Lewandowski himself pushes for the Barcelona move in order to succeed.

Bayern Munich are firm in their intentions to keep the Pole until July 2023. However, rumour has it they would consider any offers around €40m.

The 33-year-old scored 50 goals in 46 games for Bayern Munich this season.
