Mason Mount has been named Chelsea's Player of the Season for the second year in a row.
The ceremony took place right after the 2-1 win over Watford, with captain Cesar Azpilicueta giving the award.
Mount has become the youngest Chelsea player to have registered at least 10 goals and 10 assists in a Premier League campaign.
As per the club's official webste, Thiago Silva was a close runner-up in the supporters' vote.
