The paper claims that an official announcement will follow soon.
The defender's current deal runs out in 2025.
After the departures of Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane, the 24-year-old has become a first-choice centre-back at Madrid.
This season, he made 50 appearances, more than in two previous campaigns combines (20 and 21, respectively).
