Nemanja Matic and Juan Mata said their goodbyes to Manchester United fans after the Brentford game on Monday.
Both players were included in Ralf Rangnick's starting XI for what was the Red Devils' last Old Trafford game of the 2021/22 season.
After the final whistle, the midfielders gave a lap of honour at the stadium to the thunderous applause of home fans, thanking everyone for their support.
Matic and Mata will be leaving the club next month when their contract expire. Both players are unlikely to start in England, making Man United their last Premier League club.
