Speaking on his podcast Toni Kroos said: "If this is the final stretch of my career? It can be, I can't deny it."
Kroos did not perform at his usual high level this season compared to the previous campaigns.
It's worrying because Toni is just 32, four years younger than Luka Modric.
In terms of goalscoring contributions, the German only made five (2 goals, 3 assists) this season, compared to the 15 he made in the last two seasons.
Regardless, Kroos is a high-quality midfielder whose experience, charisma, and winning mentality will be missed whenever he hangs his boots.
