Steve Mcclaren 'To Be Confirmed' As Part Of Erik Ten Hag's Coaching Staff

According to The Guardian, a tier-one source, Steve McClaren will soon 'be confirmed as a member of Erik ten Hag's coaching staff at Manchester United.

McClaren, who has served as Sir Alex Ferguson's No.2 in the past, has been involved in discussions with the Dutchman regarding the job.

Interestingly, Ten Hag was McClaren's No.2 at FC Twente and the duo share a good relationship.

Meanwhile, Mitchell van der Gaag is set to become our assistant manager once Ten Hag takes charge.

McClaren has won the Eredivisie title with Twente in addition to the League Cup with Middlesbrough.
