Thomas Tuchel reacts to Todd Boehly agreeing deal to buy Chelsea

Before the Premier League game against Wolves, Thomas Tuchel was asked about the news that Todd Boehly has agreed a deal to buy Chelsea.

"Not relief, but it gives us an outlook that terms are agreed," the boss replied.

"Hopefully the process will be streamlined and go forward as soon as possible so we can act and not be sanctioned anymore. It’s good news."

Boehly was in attendance for Chelsea's game against Wolves. Apart from Romelu Lukaku ending his scoring drought, however, there was very little to make the American smile, especialy after shambolic defending led to Wolves; last-minute equaliser.
