According to Diario Sport, Barcelona will go after Villarreal's striker Gerard Moreno if they fail to sign Robert Lewandowski this summer.
The 30-year-old could be available for around €40m.
Lewandowski remains Barca's priority, though. There are still no talks regarding Moreno, he is only considered as an option.
In the 2021/22 season, Gerard recorded 13 goals and six assists in 27 matches for Villarreal. He missed a big part of the season due to injuries.
