Barcelona believe only Frenkie de Jong and Martin Braithwaite could leave the club on permanent deals this summer, as per Mundo Deportivo.
The other transfer-listed players would be loaned out or kept at the club. It is incredibly difficult to find new clubs for out-of-favour players who make a lot of money at Barca.
The Catalans would also consider offering pay cuts to some players.
Barca still want to generate some transfer income this summer; bearing in mind their difficulties in selling players, Frenkie de Jong's sale remains a real possibility.
