Barcelona Interested In Brazilian Right-Back Dubbed The 'New Dani Alves'

Barcelona have their eyes set on Brazilian right-back Domilson Cordeiro dos Santos, as per Sport.

The defender, popularly known as Dodo, plays for Shakhtar Donetsk and the Brazil under-23 squad.

However, the war in Ukraine is a key reason why the player is eager to move on to a top European club where he can play more regularly.

A FIFA regulation following Russia's invasion of Ukraine allows the 23-year-old to leave if an offer arrives.

Dodo is famed for his dribbling and crossing ability - attributes that have earned seen him dubbed the new Dani Alves.

The player's contract ends in 2025, but Barca can get him for a cut price as he's probably desperate to play in Europe.
