Barcelona intends to present Franck Kessie to their fans on June 30, the same day his contract with AC Milan expires, as per Matteo Moretto.
The Blaugrana may not be able to register the player until they can adjust their budget.
Kessie lifted the Italian Serie A with AC Milan last season, scoring seven goals and making 39 appearances.
The Ivorian midfielder is expected to add physicality to Barca's midfield next season.
