France Sports Minister Declines To Abandon 'fake Ticket' Claims

France's sports minister  Amélie Oudéa-Castéra has refused to back down from 'fake ticket' claims.

Also stating that 'Liverpool's fans present a risk for them.

The debacle in the Champions League final saw Liverpool fans being pepper-sprayed, refused entry despite genuine tickets and lambasted for having 'over 40,000 fake tickets'. Despite this, French sports minister Amélie Oudéa-Castéra continued her attack on the fans.

Earlier, the French government said thanked the police for their efforts despite their barbaric ways to enforce some stability. Now, sports minister Amélie Oudéa-Castéra attacked Liverpool fans.

We only knew the identity of the finalists on 4 May, especially Liverpool with the very specific risk their fans present us."

She did add on Twitter: "The counterfeit incident does not call this into question: Liverpool is a huge club, which has made history; and there were supporters in good standing on Saturday, whose evening was ruined or who were unable to attend the match. We are sorry for them."

However, to claim that Liverpool fans specifically pose a threat in such situations despite videos of Madrid fans jumping over walls and no such incident being recorded for years - that's extremely vile and shameful behaviour.
