I Don't Want Bale At Arsenal: Wilshere

Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere admits he doesn't want to see his old club sign Gareth Bale.

Off contract from Real Madrid this month, Bale is being linked with a return to the Premier League.

But Wilshere says Arsenal should not be considering the former Tottenham star.

He told talkSPORT: "No, I do not want Bale at Arsenal. I am thinking of the players who play in his position, they are young and promising players who have probably been Arsenal's best players in recent years.

"He has not played. So, on the one hand, I think he would have a hard time finding a place. But if he had got it, he would have blocked the way for the younger players."
