"I wouldn't be surprised if Robert goes on strike and does not show up to pre-season with Bayern," Maik Barthel, Lewandowski's former agent told the media.
Speaking further, Barthel said: "He already thought about it in 2013, when Dortmund would not sell him."
Thus, this is not the first time Lewandowski has been involved in a transfer saga before leaving for another club.
Perhaps it's due to how good he is. The Pole scored 50 goals for Bayern last season.
So far, Bayern has rebuffed all attempts by Barcelona to pry Lewandowski away from Bavaria.
