Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Calvin Ramsay from Aberdeen for a deal worth £4 million along with an additional £2.5 million in add-ons which are linked to appearances and Ramsay’s involvement in team success.
Paul Joyce, a very reliable journalist for Liverpool news, reports: "The Scotland Under-21 international still has to undergo a medical, which will not take place before the weekend, and a five-year contract has been prepared.
"Ramsay will join Klopp’s first-team squad for pre-season, which is split between the Far East and a training camp in Austria, and is viewed as the understudy to Trent Alexander-Arnold."
