Barcelona have officially confirmed that Sergi Barjuan has been removed from his position as the coach of Barca B.
He will remain at the club, though, and will continue to work within Barca's Football Department.
The Catalans will announce his replacement 'in the coming days'. As per reports, former Blaugrana Rafa Marquez is expected to take charge of the reserves for next season.
In the 2021/22 season, Sergi led Barca B to a 9th-place finish in the third tier of Spanish football. He was also put in interim charge of the first team for three matches following the sacking of Ronald Koeman.
