Marcus Rashford has decided to sue an Egyptian student for abusing him on social media.
The Englishman was racially abused by the fan last year and has decided to take matters into his own hands to get justice.
The judicial court of Sharqia has revealed about receiving a lawsuit from Rashford’s representative accusing the Egyptian student of insulting and slandering his client.
The fan in question allegedly wrote this to Rashford on social media: “You’re group of horny b****** can’t believe this is the club I spent my life loving. Can’t believe this ridicules N****Rashford is considered a superstar. F*** off from my face you reckless player u deserve the abuse, racism and sh** you get, we hate you.”
The Man United forward has sent a team of 10 Egyptian lawyers to fight his case and make sure the fan is punished for his actions.
Rashford wants compensation of £15,000, but more importantly for the Egyptian to get some sort of punishment.
Marcus was the victim of vile racism last year, especially after being a part of the England team that lost the Euro 2020 final against Italy.
