As part of their announcement of new signing Aurelien Tchouameni, Real Madrid posted a picture of the young midfielder together with Karim Benzema at the national team on Twitter.

The picture wouldn't have been newsworthy if not for one small detail. There was another player in the original picture, but he got cropped out. It was Kylian Mbappe.
Certainly, there are other pictures of Benzema and Tchouameni together. To go for one that also had Mbappe in it just to cut him out can be viewed as an intentional dig at a player that rejected Real Madrid earlier this season.
