Thiago Alcantara's long-range strike against Porto was voted for as the Champions League Goal of the Season.
That is certainly a worthy winner as the shot seemed to defy the laws of physics.

Scoring goals is not Thiago's main task - he's only got three at Liverpool - but one may wonder why he doesn't take shots in such situations a bit more often.
