Back to work on Monday, 2 sessions per day: Barca's plan for pre-season revealed

Barcelona have officially confirmed that the squad will return from their holiday on July 4.

On Monday, they will undergo the routine pre-season medical tests at 9:00 am local time and at 7:00 pm, the Blaugranas will have their first training sessions of the season.

According to Diario Sport, Xavi wants his squad to start strong. The Catalans will have two training sessions per day and a day off on Sundays.

For the record, not all players return to work on July 4. Those that played for their national teams in June will have 10 days of extra holidays.
