Barcelona have reached a full agreement with Jules Kounde, according to Gerard Romero.
For now, Barcelona are yet to agree on anything with Sevilla, as confirmed by their sporting director.
Still, an offer of €55m-€60m for Kounde may be too tempting for Sevilla to refuse. As for Kounde, it's believed that he can't wait to sign for Barca and his salary won't be an issue.
Barcelona already signed a centre-back this summer, with Andreas Christensen already announced.
