Gerard Romero reports that Barcelona and Sevilla have reached a verbal agreement over the transfer of Jules Kounde.
The Catalans have not submitted a formal bid yet but the two sides have determined the fee Barca would pay for the centre-back.
Kounde has reportedly already agreed personal terms with both Blaugrana and Chelsea. His preference would be to join Barca.
Romero adds that the Catalans have several alternatives in case the defender picks Chelsea.
