Erling Haaland: 'Winning against Bayern Munich after 7 losses in a row feels good'

Erling Haaland made his Man City debut in their 1-0 win over Bayern Munich in a pre-season-friendly game on Saturday.

He scored the winner as well, netting in his debut and looking good in his outing.

After the game, Haaland said: “I've been watching lots of City games for the last years without a striker, of course I've been seeing myself in these situations today and not surprised.

“I have to say first time winning against Bayern, it's about time after 7 losses in a row so to win against Bayern feels good.”

Haaland is set to play his first game in English football when City face Liverpool in the Community Shield game on 30 July.
