Luka Jovic is one step away from leaving Real Madrid for €0, as per multiple reports, including Fabrizio Romano and Gianluca di Marzio.
The Serbian is going to join Fiorentina.
Real Madrid and Fiorentina have agreed on a free transfer. The Serie A side didn't accept the Whites' initial terms, which is why the two parties agreed on a compromise: Real Madrid receive nothing for Jovic's move but get rid of the player's wages completely, saving €30m in the long run.
Besides, Real Madrid will receive 50 per cent from the striker's future sale which is also a good thing.
Jovic made 51 appearances for the club since 2019, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists.
