According to Gianluca di Marzio, Chelsea have seem to believe Matthijs de Ligt would likely join Bayern Munich and are now looking at alternatives.
The club have reportedly met with Kalidou Koulibaly's agent Fali Ramadani yesterday.
Koulibaly is a highly experienced centre-back who plays at Napoli and has been heavily linked with other big European clubs over the past few years.
The only concern regarding the player would be his age as the Senegalese turned 31 years old this summer.
