Gerard Romero claims that Jules Kounde to Barcelona is a done deal. The Frenchman will be announced as a new signing soon.
Romero adds that Laporta wants Kounde to be presented together with Lewandowski.
The Catalans have reached an agreement with Sevilla while the player has accepted personal terms offered by Barca.
Blaugrana have successfully beaten Chelsea for the signing of the defender. Barca will reportedly pay €60m for Jules' signature.
