Barcelona have sent an official 'written' bid to Leeds United for the transfer of Raphinha, according to Fabrizio Romano.
However, the transfer insider claims the English club will reject that bid from Barcelona because they already have an agreement in place with Chelsea over Raphinha.
Chelsea already tabled a fatter bid for the player worth around €65m for the winger. Barca are bidding lesser than the Blues, but banking on the player's desire to play in Camp Nou.
Also, the winger's agent Deco is weighing on him to join Barca.
