Darwin Nunez has been named as the Liga Bwin Player of the Season for his heroics in the 2021/22 campaign.
The Liverpool striker was on fire for Benfica last season in the Portuguese top division, already winning the Golden Boot award.
But Nunez has now been declared as the best player of the campaign too after enjoying a prolific period with his former side.
The 23-year-old striker scored 26 goals and provided 4 assists in 28 league games for Benfica last season.
