Barcelona have reached an agreement with Manchester City to sign Bernardo Silva, according to the credible Gerard Romero.
The final price tag for the player is €80m. Barca will only pay that money if Frenkie De Jong is sold this summer.
Silva wants to join Barca and has made his intentions clear. Xavi is also a fan of the Portuguese playmaker.
However, everything may revolve around De Jong. The Dutchman doesn't want to leave Camp Nou, but Barca have told him to go.
