Mikel Arteta was asked if Oleksandr Zinchenko and Thomas Partey will be available to face Aston Villa.
The Arsenal boss replied: "I don't think so. We still have to make another scan, especially on Thomas, to see the length.
"But I don't think they will be available."
Reporters then asked Arteta if the injury is long-term or short-term and he replied: "Let's see. I cannot tell you yet."
Another journalist wanted to know if Partey's injury is as bad as the one last season. To that, Mikel said: "Similar area, hopefully not as bad."
The Gunners will be raring to make it five wins in as many games when we face Villa.
