Asensio To Sign Pre-Agreement With Milan In January And Leave For Free

As reported by La Saeta Rubia and confirmed by Defensa Central (3 stars), AC Milan want to sign Marco Asensio as a free agent next summer.

The plan is to sign a pre-agreement with the winger in January, after the World Cup, when he will enter the final six months of his contract with Real Madrid.

The Italian side has always been interested in Asensio, but it looks like they don't want to pay a fee for him.

Marco, on his part, doesn't seem desperate to leave this summer. In addition, joining Milan as a free agent would mean that he can get a hefty signing bonus.

As per reports, Madrid is open to offers on the 26-year-old, but they are not actively pushing him out. Extending his contract isn't an option either.
