As per reliable Spanish source Marca as well as Norwegian journalist Jan Åge Fjørtoft, Jude Bellingham will be Real Madrid's number one midfield priority next summer.
The Los Blancos sold Casemiro, their starting defensive midfielder, to Manchester United this summer and plan to replace him next year.
While Bellingham isn't a defensive midfielder, he is seen as the ideal young star to complete the next great trio, with Tchouameni and Camavinga already Madrid players.
Madrid are getting over €65m for Casemiro and will have the cash to spend on Bellingham next summer.
Fjørtoft adds: "Bellingham will be Real Madrid’s first priority in midfield next summer. Wondering if Liverpool already talking to Borussia Dortmund to get a pre-agreement with the club. But the player will have the last word."
