Club Brugge GM Vincent Mannaert says they sell Charles de Ketelaere to AC Milan with their best wishes.
De Ketelaere moves to Milan for an initial fee of €35m.
Mannaert said: "As a club we can only be proud that a youth product is starting for the Italian national champion.
"We have seen and helped Charles grow up to become the player he is today and we wish him every success in his new adventure."
De Ketelaere completed his move to Milan on Tuesday.
