Ethan Ampadu leaves Chelsea for yet another loan spell, Fabrizio Romano confirms.
The Wales international is to spend the next season at Serie A club Spezia.
The Italian side will have a buy option clause at around €15m.
The versatile 21-year-old was signed for the Chelsea academy seven years ago. Since then, he's only made one Premier League appearance for the Blues, spending the last three seasons on loan.
