“I assume that Konny will stay," Leipzig director Oliver Mintzlaff told Leipziger Volkszeitung of Konrad Laimer.
"But the transfer window is still open and we're still holding a few conversations.
"The tendency is very, very large for him to stay with us."
Laimer is said to be among the options for Liverpool as the Reds have made their intention to sign a midfielder public.
