Leicester have turned down a new, improved offer for Wesley Fofana from Chelsea, according to The Athletic and The Telegraph.
It's understood that the Blues have offered around £70m including add-ons and are unwilling to go any higher.
Leicester, meanwhile, want more than the £80m fee they got for Harry Maguire in 2019.
Fofana wants to join Chelsea, and personal term won't be a problem. He was not involved in the last game for his club against Southampton.
Curiously, Chelsea and Leicester face each other this Saturday. It's not clear whether Fofana will play for either side.
