La Liga and Champions League title-holders Real Madrid have reportedly set their sights on former Galactico Ruud Van Nistelrooy as a future manager, DefensaCentral reports.
The Dutchman, who's currently in charge of PSV Einghoven, caught his former club's attention, they will closely monitor Rud's progress as a coach.
He might be a suitable candidate for the role of Carlo Ancelotti's successor, as the Italian's contract with the club ends in the summer of 2024.
Raul Gonzalez, who achieved a certain success with Castilla, and Carlo's son, Davide Ancelotti, are also contenders for the role.
