Newcastle United are closing on a deal for Real Sociedad striker Alexander Isak.
The Sweden international is expected to sign for Newcastle after an offer of €70m was lodged.
Diario Vasco says the deal is for €70m plus €5m in bonuses - a ten per cent resale cut has also been agreed.
In San Sebastian, the offer was viewed as too good to refuse.
The transfer of Isak breaks two records. The 22-year-old Swede is the most expensive sale in Real Sociedad's history. On the other hand, he will be the richest signing of the Magpies.
