Arsenal, Tottenham respond to West Ham move for Lyon midfielder Lucas Paqueta.
Representatives of the Lyon midfielder have arrived in London to finalise talks with West Ham.
The Express says Spurs are hoping they can thwart West Ham's move for the Brazil international.
Arsenal were also interested in Paqueta, however they are no longer seeking his signature.
West Ham have been knocked back with a bid of €40m for Paqueta.
